Resolutions in Motion...

So while browsing through some of my favorite blogs the other day I stumbled across Resolutions in Motion, a new goal link up. So, I thought I would join in. I have been wanting to to join something to keep myself a little more accountable for the goals I set. Here recently I just haven't felt as close to God as I have in the past and this has been weighing heavily on my heart. So, my goal for round one is to deepen my relationship with the Lord. I plan on doing this by,
By Reading my Bible daily
By writing in my prayer journal daily
By praying at least twice daily

I know that this may sound silly, but life gets busy and it seems I always let my "Jesus" time go before anything else.  I hope after the six weeks of this goal challenge I will be back in the habit of taking time each day to spend with the Lord.

If you want to join visit any of these blogs Shaping up to be a Mom, Covered in Grace, or Southern Belle Ramblings. All you have to do to get involved is write two posts about the goal of your choice (an initial and a wrap-up), work to reach your goal, and enter to win prizes if you want.  Easy huh?  So come on a get motivated with me lovelies!

  6. That sounds a heck of a lot better than sitting there surfing Facebook and Twitter all day long - and I know a lot of people that do that.
